He looks like 500 pounds in this picture.

Judging by the expression, he just got the Bulls their 100th point in a win.

Bad call, nobody in the crowd is cheering enough.

For giving us arguably the greatest playoff performance in Chicago Bulls history.

Game 6 Vs. The Detroit Piston

7-12 for 20 points IN THE FIRST HALF. Hitting jumpers like they were a red-headed step child. Truly legendary.

I remember this too. I was going crazy when I saw that. I remember my thoughts when he squared up for his first shot of the second half ("money!") and seeing him miss it horribly ("Damn, must've forgot to take his ginseng at halftime)

This thread makes me sad, kinda. It's realy dark and painful. All the different mini-era's we had during that period of time.

1) The Brand/Artest/Tim Floyd era. The humiliation of the TMac/2001 FA period.

2) Drafting C-UNIT and all the horrific growing pains of three 18-19 year olds.

3) The epic failure of the Jalen Rose trade (although his very first game was sweet).

4) The epic failure of the Jay Williams signing (although the Triple-Double against Kidd was sweet).

5) Deng/Hinrich/Gordon/Nocioni/Ben Wallace glimmer of hope.

6) The Hopelessness immediately following that brief semi-revitalization.

7) The 1.7% gift from God of Derrick Rose and the curse of VDN.

8). The collective diss by Lebron, DWade, and Bosh Spice in the summer of 2010, which, in actuality, lead to us becoming one of the premier teams in the NBA.

You'd be hard pressed to find a team that has been through more since 1998 than the Chicago Bulls. We've been humiliated and ridiculed by other fan bases, local and national media, and NBA players (D-Wade). And here we stand at the top of the East ready to compete for the NBA Finals. The perfect ending to this season is Derrick Rose in front of 2,3000,000 Chicagoans at Grant Park saying "ummmm.....we just want to be here again next year. Why can't we?"

Will Purdue joined us again post repeat threepeat in '99-'00...so did BJ.

Kevin FREAKING Ollie in '01-'02

Malik Allen in '05-'07

we need some Thabo love in here, for sure.

and what about Cedric Simmons' half a season pit stop here in '08?

....and, yes, i agree that this is like having horrible war flashbacks or something. i don't think anybody has the right to complain about anything for as long as the unicorn exists after reliving some of these horrible memories...
