40 year old shooting guard, Joe Johnson, playing the 4, is the game MVP and hit the game winning shot. Wow

Utah is like the college team in the Tourney with a lot of seniors that beats the more talented and younger big time school with the one and doners. That's just how they play. They play smart and disciplined basketball. Fun team to watch. Boris Diaw was HUGE in that game too.

Joe just worked him on D. Gave Griffin a bit of everything...bring the ball low - strip you....oh Is that a hook shot your trying? Block that...want to try to back me down hard? - whoops, sorry I didn't realize you wanted to sit in that chair.

Johnson played such a beautiful game and the Jazz needed every bit he gave them.

Favors fought hard too and Ingles was impressive in the fight he brought to the game.

One of the all time most overrated coaches in the NBA. He's one of those guys that's liked by the media that writes the narratives and has made a career out of the good PR they've given him

How about Boris Diaw. He was big in that game.

Can't even take them further than Vinny.

For sure. Diaw is one of the poster boys of "smart vets". If Chicago had a couple guys like that on their bench, we'd all be a bit more excited about our chances in the playoffs. (Hopefully Rondo and Wade show some smart playoff vet for us)

Doc and the Clips choke more than Vinny with Pax adjusting his tie for him.

Stranger things have happened. Just last year no one ever thought KD would leave the Thunder and he had less of a reason than Hayward.

Not quite the same situation when the landing place is GSW.

True but before we talk about landing we got to look at the situation and reason to leave. KD had 0 reason especially when the team had GSW beat but then choked. Doesn't mean hayward's leaving but again it's a possibility he could.

Joe Johnson is the player of what could have been if the Bulls had got him even if they had overpaid him in 2010. I know Atlanta gave him an offer which I don't think the Bulls could match. But, looking back even 130 million for Joe would have been worth it, IMO. There would be bad years for sure and he would have looked overpaid. But, he was as close as you would get for a 2-way wing who could shoot.

Hawks are just playing more physical and consistent in their game plan

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

Griffin is overrated on this board. He's nothing special. I've never really thought he was any good or I should say great since Oklahoma.
