Dude, lighten up already. Lauri had 22 minutes with a really efficient game if that´s what you are sour about. He played within his role quite well and I´m sure he had an adequate amount of touches. If you don´t have anything positive to say at all I suggest you go find another team to root for. As your sig says you have been "banned for derailing discussion". You are getting beyond annoying, let it go already. This is the roster they are going with.

Whoa!! What did I do now?? Wrote three words and got a lecture.

Once again... I didn't mention Markkanen, the post had nothing to do with him. You're the one doing the derailing, not me. Stop seeing things. This is a PG thread and I added my (neutral) view of the game.

I said "bums were slayed". That's it. Just a fact. This was an ugly game against a depleted team that we absolutely had to win. No great accomplishment.

I'll make sure to praise Vucevic's 32 points on 29 shots the next time I get a chance!

Yes but Levert and Turner are both quality NBA players. The fact is we are starting to play some decent ball, not exceptional but decent. Zach is not 100% healthy and the transition period with new players on the roster takes time. Having said that, we didn´t play a 100% error free game. The turnovers have been a huge issue all year long. I am going to try and see if the pace for this game was quicker than the previous 2 or 3 where the turnovers were less than half of what they were last night. That would co-incide with the disparity in the numbers.

In ZOMG's defense, I think you misunderstood his post (unless I'm the one missing something). When he said we bum slayed, he was talking about how we took care of business by slaying a short-handed Pacers team.

That´s fine Homo, but I also stated in another reply that they did have Turner & Levert who are NBA quality starters. It isn´t the 1st time he has derailed a thread IMHO so I will just ignore him (I am not a mod and shouldn´t act like one). All good.

No hair trigger replies from me. I don't have any agendas against any player. I want the franchise to play winning BBall, that's it really.

Not taking away from the game, but Turner did leave early in 3:rd and didn't return. Missing players always have effect, not necessary in the starting 5, but you are going deeper in the bench you normally would.

How well would Bulls play if they didn't have Vuc and Lavine? Would Bulls have won this game?

Win is a win and you play with what you got. Every NBA is damn good basketball player, so even if you lose MVP caliber player there is a damn good basketball player replacing him. So you shouldn't take teams lightly even if they lose top players and Bulls didn't take these teams lightly and that is the good thing.

It's all relative in the end right... Imagine how Golden State fans felt losing so big to the Raptors.

And now how the Raps fans feel losing to the LeBron and AD-less Lakers!

Any team can lose to any team on any given day.

At the moment the Bulls are the king's of the Bums but the eye is on moving up to that next level and we wouldn't be able to even eye that next level if we didn't beat this Pacers team today and we wouldn't have beaten this Pacers team if we didn't play good to great sequences of basketball.

After last night I wonder if Coby and Lauri can become a scoring combo like Lou Williams and Montez when they were with the clippers. If they can show that potential I would resign Lauri if he doesn’t get the offers he thinks he will get

That would be an interesting idea. I also thought Lauri might bet on himself If there are only lowball offers on the table. He could sign the RFA tender like Jimmy did. Won't happen but you never know.

Yea I agree with ZOMG here. They bum slayed. I want this team to be good as much as anyone, but to me these are golf claps. They beat Brooklyn with no KD or Harden, now the Pacers with no Sabonis or Bam. Next up is the Raps with all their top guys out.

Wake me up when we beat an actual good team at full strength, or at the very least not missing one of their top 2 players

Haha will they ever truely be...

When Markannen is traded or signs elsewhere and has a good game the Markannites will make an appearance...

Much like the Wendell Cartels Jr do now... But they are such a fringe faction they don't really make a noise.
