This offense is letting Mitch down. He’s shown up so far

Dodged a bullet there. That was not a catch though.

We just haven't been able to get the run game going, plus the huge drop.

If we can go into halftime down only 4, I'll feel good about this game yet.

not necessarily. mitch didnt make the dive for a first down early in the game when we gave up the ball on downs. He also just passed to allen robinson quickly for a 2 yard gain when there was no pressure on him and he could have held the ball for a better throw/QB run.

He hasnt made any big mistakes. thats all I will give him

Hopefully the define can hang in there like they did early in the season. Keep blitzing and avoid a homerun play and we can win. We should be up right now

We just match up well against Brees. He can't go deep.

Stop the run, keep them in third and long and there will be plays to be made that can turn this game in our favor.

He's also thrown two very good deep balls.

Bears defense is looking dominant once again though.

The run was one bad play. You’re nitpicking with the pass. He took what was given to him. He threw back to back dimes. He’s shown up

that doesnt mean showing up. primary factor is if we are winning. secondary would be having good numbers other than the dropped ball by wims. third would be making plays of low probability of success

Looks like Bears will go into the half down no more than 4. Defense with another stop. We can't keep letting the D do all the work though- the offense has to come out in the second half and put some points on the board.

Those numbers would be significantly better if there weren’t at least two drops including a 40 yard TD pass. Like I said his team is letting him down.

Wims makes that simple catch and it's more like 8/12 for 110 and a TD.

That play was as predictable as Monday following Sunday. Now Brees will get one more chance.

"if X happened, then it would better". The fact is that it didnt happen. you can say all you want, but it didnt happen. all QBs have dropped passes, depends on what else the QB does

A run right into the heart of the Saint's D on 3rd and 3 is not going to get you the first down 7 times out of 10.
