Don't give them Asik.

Call Memphis and offer Taj and Korver for Mayo and Arthur. Throw a pick if you need to, but not a Cat's pick.

Get a back up SF(Chandler, Dudley, Prince, Pietrus) after that.

That is the best possible way to go.
