I'm not seeing much accuser bashing, which is what makes your knee-jerk reaction so striking. I do see a lot of people parsing the allegations of the complaint and seeing if they make sense. Guess what, that's what you do when a lawsuit is filed!

Yup, and under his awful logic we should just all assume that because somebody is accused of this, that they are very much, probably, guilty.. because it is so very rare and even rarer for a false allegation to be brought... even by someone who is so obviously lying about a lot of things.
