Rose weighs 209 with 4.5% body fat. For those that like numbers like that.

I believe this is close to his weight in 2012. But man Derrick must look like a greek god on person.

That's a nice a starting five for US. Klay fits more as the starter over Harden due to his size, shooting, and defensive capabilities. Klay's game is better suited for international play than Harden's.

4,5% body fat? That's close to your typical bodybuilder's fat percentage. Insane if true.

Interesting, possible starting 5?

They've been mixing and matching the starting groups lineup all 3 days so far, and Derrick has been in that starting group line up 2 out of the 3 days. Whereas PG, Davis and KD have been in the starting line up all 3 days.

It's my guess is that with all the quality guards on the roster, he is trying to find the right fit. Still, I have a feeling that Derrick will be starting once the actual tournament begins.
Why so serious?

Klay Thompson isn't starting over Curry or Harden.

You never know. They could want to use Harden as a 6th man (like Dwade) and Curry to be Rose's primary backup.

A lot of these NBA player's have low body fat %. I remember Jordan was like at 3-4% himself.

He came into the league at 196, and that was eating gummi bears and minimal weight training. He has a strong frame.
Scottie Pippen's response to whom he would pick for his running mate, Michael or LeBron: "That's a dumbass question. I've never done anything with LeBron. I wouldn't take LeBron to the movies."

Rose the six million dollar man? (funny how pathetic that amount seems in today's terms).

In baseball, pitchers that get Tommy John early in their career often do come back: Better, stronger, faster.

But if Rose were to miraculously be improved, I'd still always wonder if the injuries sapped off even more ceiling he might have had.

King Siddhartha of ancient India (present day Nepal) had everything he could want in this world. He had wealth, the love of his subjects and all the women he could want. He was also married happily to a beautiful woman.

Then one day he saw the pain and suffering of his people and decided to stop being a King. He left his wife, his family, his wealth and his power. He went and then sat under a tree and meditated for years.

When he finally awakened, he transformed into the Buddha.

No one remembers King Siddhartha who had everything....everyone knows about the man who had nothing but became God.

Somewhere in that story, I hope you find peace Re. :D

Not to get into a religious debate here, but the guy had the means and the power to help his people, but he goes: "F*** it, I'm just gonna lay under a tree. This will help the needy." ?

To get back to the topic, Thibs is taking a shortcut to the grave by being so intense even at practices.

Sorry for furthering the sidetrack, but the fact that we remember the man as one of the greatest human beings to ever live, having influenced several generations and whose teachings turned Ashoka from a brutal warrior king to a unifying, peaceful ruler of India would say a lot. Sometimes your real impact manifests after you die...

For the Bulls and and for Rose, I hope Derrick Rose is 100%. And I hope Kevin Love doesn't get traded until mid season. If Rose is back to MVP Rose, Love is going to want in on what we've got here.

Curry game is made for international basketball. Wall, Rose, Irving and Lillard cannot shoot the ball like he does.

Curry was the best PG last season along with CP3

Was is the key word there. Derrick is back to reclaim his throne.
