It was a near impossibility for him to leave Miami, but I think his love for his home city almost made the impossible happen. You Bulls fans are being very unfair to a man who talks about and supports the city he was born in as much, if not more, than anyone else in the league. The guy loves Chicago and considered signing with them even though it really didn't make anywhere near as much sense as re-signing with Miami.
Bulls fans have every right to be "unfair" to Wade. Wade has had some harsh words for the fans and the organization in the past.
If I remember correctly during the 2006 playoffs that Wade said some bad things about Bulls fans when they boo'ed him. Not including his own Pierce routine minus the wheelchair.
His recent comments on how disloyal the Bulls organization was/is a complete sucker punch to the Bulls. Why would he say that right before free agency if he wasnt already posturing for the Heat.
The guy has shown no loyalty to the Chicago other than some talk.
