The Bulls will start gaining momentum and getting more attention again at some point. LA and New York have had their fun as the glamour spots, but we're gonna start getting back into what's smart and what's responsible and the best thing for his career...and that has been and always will be Chicago.

People have started to say it, but the fact that we've heard lots of things about everyone else, except from Melo or our front office, could be a possibility. From the Bulls perspective, it seems that we ain't worried bout nothin.

I'll be entirely honest, I never thought it was likely (above a 50% chance) that Melo was coming to Chicago. Nothing has really changed my mind. But this delay, to me, means one of two things...

1. Melo is waiting for the Bulls and Knicks to complete a sign and trade.
2. Melo is waiting on Lebron.

NY and LA's offers have been there for days and aren't changing. No real reason to wait that I can see. Of course that's me seeing things through my lens. Who knows what millionaire athletes are thinking about.

There is a reason there was no Carmelo to LA talk before he met with LA. Because it doesn't make sense. Carmelo is 30, so why would he spend his final prime years in that situation? We all knew, even so, that there would be Laker hype after the meeting. It was unavoidable. Saw it coming all along. The LA hype machine in full effect. I still think he stays in NYC or goes to CHI.

I still think he's coming to Chicago (has everyone forgotten the Pippen France vacation) but I do see a chance he wants to remain a Knick and I am not blind to that.
