Per Twitter:
stephenasmith I just reported on my show that LeBron James is heading to S. Beach -- with Chris Bosh -- to team with Dwayne Wade and Pat Riley.
Uh oh.

I worry about Bosh and JJ going to HOU myself. Bosh is a Texas guy, they have pieces they can move in a sign and trade, they have no state tax, and Yao back is helpful.
That being said I just don't see 3 guys sharing the ball in MIA. I really don't think 3 guys who are ball heavy should come to CHI either. No Rose, Bron, JJ here for me.

Not really, last year and even earlier he said he had good sources that Wade will be a Bull in 2010 (I wish he was right)

He's speculating. I don't see it happening and I don't think its a good idea basketball wise. You can't win with three players.

This is being discussed in the Lebron thread, but since it's likely to be a big story on its own I think we should leave it here as its own thread as well.

I'd rather him re-sign with the Cavs than do this.

I recommend that if you have some spare cash laying around, you put it on LBJ to Miami at +1000... Hitting a 10-1 will soften the blow a little if there's any truth to this... and if there's not, there's a pretty good chance he's here.
Happy either way

This is about the worst case scenario. This paired with Joe Johnson and Amare to New York would be devastating. Like BullsKY said, if LBJ stays in Cleveland, at least we would still have a shot at Bosh. Even getting Bosh alone with a couple of roll players or 2nd tier guys would be better than this nightmare...

This story comes to a head in a week. I think this is a case of one more plot twist being too much for a talk show host to resist.

No team will get more then 2 MAX FAs, period. SAS is talking out of his butt. As long as the Bulls FO knows what's what behind the scenes, I could care less about these talking heads making their predictions. One thing for sure, I can't wait to hear SAS reasoning for LBJ going to Chicago is a mistake, should it happen.

it may seem like we're going home empty-handed boys.
NYC - JJ/Amare
Nets - Boozer
Miami - Wade/Bosh/Lebron
now where are we gonna get our 3pt shooting SG?
Ray Allen?
