http://espn.go.com/blog/truehoop/post/_ ... tremendousHow did it go? A source close to the Nets said their meeting with LeBron was "tremendous". How tremendous? "Front runner tremendous."
ok, I'm going to have to call out a little bias there...

At first when i saw Chad Ford's report i thought he meant a source that wasn't associated with the Nets because it wouldn't make sense for him to grab a comment like that from a Nets person if he knew it would be bias. But obviously i was wrong and it was a Nets source, so really you can't expect them to say something else. Wonder what the Knicks source will say....
"Meeting went well, lebron agreed to sign with us but will meet with other teams out of courtesy"

Look how rude he is to his fans. Can't even answer or look them in the eye. Keep this bum out of Chicago.

maybe they should bring Phil Knight along so he can pitch the Nike deal to LeBron in person.....
This would actually be a fantastic idea if he was to commit. That would really appeal to him if you could get Phil Knight to endorse him coming to Chicago.
However, it's not gonna happen. Phil Knight sells shoes in more places than Chicago, and if there was ever a such deal like the rumored one, it wouldn't be public until after LeBron chooses the Bulls.

It's easy to be the front runner when you go first.
Nets: so what do you think?
LeBron: That's the best presentation I've seen yet.
Nets: So we're the front runners as of right now?
LeBron: Well I guess...
Nets: Didn't say no. Bye.
