Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from Tony Parker, citing irreconcilable differences, according to an Associated Press report.
Longoria filed for divorce Wednesday morning in Los Angeles Superior Court. She and Parker, the point guard for the Spurs, were married July 7, 2007. They have no children together.

I don't know squat about divorce law. I wonder if a fully guaranteed contract constitutes marital property? If so, this looks like a pretty big money grab on her part, considering the timing of his new extension. If not, then never mind.

Actually, when the initial report came out yesterday, it said Tony Parker is the one who filed. THAT report was said to be false. Today, the report is that Eva is filing for divorce, and nobody has reported it false. Another reason to believe that it is true: actual details from the divorce have been released.
