Operation: Flood D12's Twitter with knowledge

I know we have a Dwight Howard thread, but I think this is important. (Mods, if you feel that it is appropriate to move this there I won't completely hold it against you, just know that you might be altering the course of the Bulls franchise for the next decade

)
RealGM is no stranger to the actual, real NBA. Some players probably check in from time to time, and most of the technologically-savvy members of the media undoubtedly know about this place. That kind of comes with the territory when you're the biggest and best basketball forum on the Internet. There is power in numbers, and we have the numbers to make at least a dent in the mind of Dwight Howard.
Tweeting "Come to Chicago Dwight!" or "Chicago loves you Dwight" is great and all, but what we need is something that strikes Howard to his very core and alters his thought process. In comes this Bill Simmons article (scroll to #5):
http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/735 ... -christmasWhat we need to do is relentlessly mass tweet this article to Dwight. Outright, boastful, honest, stealthily, the more variety the better. ("Here's a picture of me and Dwight planking!" BAM, knowledge. "Dwight, remember this?" BAM, knowledge.) Of course, being genuine and honest would probably be the best course of action ("Hey Dwight maybe this will make you consider Chicago"... "Dwight, check out this article about you and Chicago"... etc.)
Unfortunately, this is what it's come to. I don't like doing this kind of stuff, but I want a dominant, superstar C to pair with Rose long term. At this point, we've pretty much run out of options, and I refuse to sit here and watch him force his way to a Nets team that is going nowhere.
I don't want to say we didn't at least try. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

I don't want Dwight Howard on the Bulls so I'll pass. If I wanted to watch boys basketball I'd tune into NCAA or HS.

Tis interesting proposal.
I have a question, does Dwight even know how to read?

Maybe it's not meant to be. I wasn't aware of this. Mods, feel more than free to merge with the other D12 thread.
Maybe he'll get a call on draft night saying they have a deal in place with Chicago, asking for his approval, and at that precise moment Rose will text him a picture of the face only a true monster could turn down

Who do you want the Bulls to get over Howard? Boy's basketball? Wow are you kidding. Some people on this forum are clueless.

The sad thing is that i believe that if Hundreds of Bulls fans did post on Dwight Howards Twitter telling him to go to Chicago that it "could" actually make him consider it more. A lot of these athletes want attention and have self esteem problems.
That being said... posting a link to an article written in 2011 isn't going to do much. Especially when its a long as hell article.. heck I only read about half the article..

More successful strategy: hide in the AC vents in his mansion and pretend to be the voice of his higher power. "Sign with the Bulls, Dwight. Sign with the Bulls. It is written and so it shall be."

Players that I have an ounce of respect and admiration for. I don't want to watch the story where the Bulls are led to a title by someone that I think is a childish bitch. The uniform means something to me, but what it means to me can always change. I'd try to like Howard, and maybe I could. Maybe he'd change also, but right now it's a lot easier to imagine my team beating his immature ass than to imagine him trying my loyalty while sending Noah and/or Omer out of town.

Dude is a child. What do you mean clueless? Clueless about what? Did I say he wasn't a great player? He's a punk ass bitch of a child. I don't like him, and I don't want him. Just like he doesn't need a good reason to not want to play for the Bulls, I don't need a good reason to not want him to play for the Bulls. I just don't. I just don't like his **** bitch ass.

I don't like Dwight, I don't like LeBron either, but I'd do anything short of cutting off a limb to get both of them. He's the best big man in the NBA, and will be for years to come, despite his immaturity. There have been plenty of Bulls players in the past I haven't liked but it's basketball, that's ultimately not what matters.

Don't think he will care since if he really care about what fans have to say he would have sign extension with magics.
Besides..
D12 wants to be GM and controlp layer movement, he won't get it in Chicago.
D12 wants to be coach to call the plays, he won't get it in Chicago.
D12 wants to goof around, having fun and he also doesn't want to be yelled by coach if he made mistake. That isn't going to happen under Thib.
D12 wants to be the no 1 marketed guy on the team and he will never be the guy as long as Rose is on the team. D12 will always be outsider while Rose is native sun.
Honest IMO D12 isn't good fit with Rose. Rose is at his best when he attack rim and D12 is basically dead weight and clogging the lane. If team doesn't respect Noah for his tornado, how can D12 open up the lane for Rose when D12 has even worse mid-range? While Rose needs to continue improve his mid-range and 3s, do we really want Rose to jack up jumper all night instead attack the ring?
D12 is elite players on his won because he is freak of nature with his physical gift. He seems be able to bully teams because most teams lock of true center to match him physically. However most team can beat Magic by allowing D12 to have his numbers. (At least that is how Bulls beat Magic) Other than the dunks, D12's go to move is the little running jump hook he has. IMO the running jump hook usually takes too long to perform and the ball movement is also basically stopped. From the magic game I watched, it is usually 4 guys stand at 3 points line and watch d12 does his little move. (Which might be SVG's fault.)
IMO D12 is really a defense player than two way players people think he is. Rose + D12 will be like Shaq + Kobe, however Shaq and Kobe didn't produce wins until Lakers run triangle and Shaq was far better offense player than D12.

My take is that Dwight's offensive game is on par with what Shaq's was in MIA. The numbers bear that out. So IMO it would be more of a Shaq/Wade duo rather than Shaq/Kobe. Meaning Rose would still have to be the better of the 2 for the Bulls to win, but he would have significant help.

Wow, I thought I was a huge Bulls fan. I would hardly do anything to get any player on the team. Time is money and I don't have a lot of it to improve the entertainment products I choose to indulge in.

It's entertainment. Me liking it is extremely crucial to it mattering for me. If I wanted to just root for the team with the most stars I'd be a heat fan.

Personally, I find the Bulls acquiring these pretty entertaining:

Which, coincidentally, would mean the Heat would acquire this:
Yes, nothing.
Kobe = accused rapist, Howard = big douchebag. Yet, would it be fair to say, salary issues aside, you would take Bryant on this team in a heartbeat?
