CHICAGO -- Derrick Rose's brother and manager Reggie Rose said Thursday the franchise hasn't put enough quality players around the Chicago Bulls star to win a championship and that could be a "big factor" in whether he returns this season from a knee injury.

Reggie Rose said he was speaking for himself and not his brother.

"What have you pieced together? Have you made any moves? Have you made any trades to get better? You know all roads to the championship lead through Miami," Reggie Rose said. "What pieces have you put together for the physical playoffs?
"

OP, only copy in one paragraph and link us to the article next time. Thanks - KC

The Bulls FO agrees with Reggie, they're just moving more slowly than Reggie would like.

Quite frankly, Reggie needs to shut the *uck up. I could care less whether their family have been positioned as nice folks, and Reggie is his manager or what not, but it never EVER helps do go behind peoples backs and right to the media to dish out your dirt - it's a b*tch ass move and doesn't ever help.

Ill be upset if Rose see's it like his brother

This has me heated cause who is his brother to say **** like this Rose should tell him to keep his mouth shut but by not doing so it makes me think he agrees

But if Rose does not agree an is just letting him fill his head with this BS then he need to get him out of the camp

Reggie needs to learn about this new CBA

Your chance to build a Miami type team was to tell your brother to do what they did. Take less money on your last contract.

Hard to disagree with the man, but still no real reason to go out and publicly blast the organization. Anyway, I think we may be overlooking the best part of that article:
Reggie Rose believes Derrick is close to playing this season

We now know where Ric Bucher has been getting his information from. Derrick Rose is ready. Broussard said it today. This is all about them not wanting Derrick back with this group which I find weird. This team is playing good without him.

I think it's time Rose start calling the shots and let big brother take a seat.

Reggie Rose does not realize it, but he is threatening to destroy what makes Derrick truly unique. Derrick has great ability, but others have similar levels of talent. It is Derrick's heart, his commitment to his team, his focus on improving so the team can benefit, and his commitment to his city that makes Derrick truly special. If Reggie has his way, Derrick will be just another highly paid NBA superstar. It's sad.

Looks like we've found what's been holding Rose back and where all this new doubt came from. He's probably where the Boozer wants Rose traded stuff came from too....

Rose, get your circle together bro.

Would he have been happier with Bargnani? Or better yet if they gave away Rip & an asset for nothing, how about that??

"Joakim Noah is a great player. Luol Deng is a great player. But you need more than that. You have to put together pieces to your main piece. The players can only do so much. It's up to the organization to make them better."

"It's frustrating to see my brother play his heart and soul out for the team and them not put anything around him," Reggie Rose said.

Inconsistencies!

I've said not making a trade now to improve hurts Drose for the next 2 years. This gives the Bulls 2 yrs to get it done. We could be looking at a bad situation by year 4 of his contract.

It's almost like their is this sense of envy from Derrick and his camp that the Bulls have exceeded expectations without him, and they'd prefer if they weren't, so Derrick could return as the hero to turn things around.
