If you can't get any of them, then ill take Goudelock

Bulls need playoff tested players we can trust in the playoffs, especially if we think we have a shot at the title this year.

ECF GAME 6 - who do you feel more comfortable with? Andrew Goudelock or Gary Neal? Nate? Miles? Barbosa?

I would take the vet...plus we already have Teague, snell an maybe even Murphy, all of them may barely even play this year.

Miles isnt a FA

Glock 0 is a beast. He has a bit of Ben Gordon swag. Every shot he takes he thinks is going in, and he seems to be right a lot.

Goudelock will be a solid replacement for Nate/JLIII.

Oh, and he can play along with D.Rose better than Nate/JLIII does.

Don't know about that, he did a lot of ball dominating while scoring. Nate did pretty good playing off Kirk as well, in fact, Thibs prefers playing Nate like that.

Because he's beasting summer league bums?

You guys said the same thing about Thomas last year and he ended up playing overseas before coming back to sign a rookie minimum contract.

Even though we as fans sh%t on our team and staff at times, the NBA world is always looking at what we do. Hell, Rose wasn't even here and we still stayed pretty damn relevant.

With Rose playing, we only Goudelock to handle the ball for a bit when Rose is trapped and do some catch and shoot. Granted, Nate/JL3 can do these two jobs fairly well, but Goudelock's advantage is that he can guard opposing SGs with his 6'3 height.

Because more teams will be interested? Also this is far from the same situation. Glock is still a guy who has made 20 points in the NBA, it's not like he's completely unproven.

He kind of is unproven. He has an 8.2 PER in 41 NBA games and has looked like a poor man's Jerryd Bayless (if that's possible) in limited time. Granted, he was a big time scorer at CofC and they still idolize him down on King St.

I truthfully don't see his value skyrocketing because he can shake some guys who won't make an NBA roster in a half-hearted game. Making the veteran minimum would be a substantial raise for him.

Roster roulette: The Bulls likely will sign a big man for their 13th roster spot, with Malcolm Thomas maintaining an outside shot at sticking. The Bulls, who are beyond the luxury tax line, haven't ruled out adding a 14th player, but that likely would occur only in the case of an injury.

I'm not worried about some other team offering him more money, I'm just worried that some other team will offer him a contract with the first year guaranteed and the second year partially guaranteed before we even make any offer at all (probably a contract similar to what Malcolm Thomas got last year).

Alright I finally saw Andrew the Godlock play. You'd think Reggie Rose would be happy now, except that Godlock now makes Derrick expendable.

He was insane in college.

And we can never have enough guys with range to put around Rose.

Return to Chicago Bulls
