On Mike & Mike he admitted this was purely speculation.
The bottom is Melo is waiting to see what happens in Miami before making a move. It is probably going to take a while guys. Bosh holds the key to everything.

Maybe, but given that Miami isn't using cap space to sign free agents anymore, they can afford to pay Bosh the money HOuston is offering.
