Assistant Coaches

I for one think this team is not inovative enough, and Thibodeau also is accused quite frequently for being too dogmatic. But he is still really good.
So what about our assistant coahces?
I dont know enough about them to judge myself, and I dont know their background properly, not how they ran their teams or percieve a game. One thing that stuck me is that they are all American (not that its a bad thing), and I wonder, how much of a diversity they have. Two of them are retired players, and two are former coaches.
So my questions are, for those who know more than me, what kind of coaches are they? What do they preach? What kind of reputation do they have? Do they really have a word when it comes to rotations or set plays? etc...
And:
Who could we possibly get to make things more spicy?
Any European coahces perhaps? Or even coaches from different leagues (wonder if there are some interesting coaches in far east, who have unconventional aproach or system)?
Any good volleyball coaches?
