I would love to be a fly on the wall in that locker room tonight.

I really don't know what to think about this team.
Something is up that has them giving this little effort from the get go.

Lost points in the paint: 46-30
Lost Rebounds: 54-40
Lost Assists: 20-12
Just dominated top to bottom. This team is an ill-fitting mess and unfortunately there is no one easy answer, issue, or player we can blame it all on, or that we just need to change to fix everything.
There is no easy answers. The whole team has to go back to the drawing board. Including Thibs. The starting lineup, the rotation, the offensive playbook, the attention to detail and effort. All this must be reexamined.
Then the FO has to decide if they still want to be a contender with the team still at a respectable 27-16. If they do, then start making calls about upgrading and consolidating. We need talent, better balanced units, players who aren't so one sided, and more depth on the perimeter.
Cleveland and Memphis have already made moves, they saw their odds were not looking good as their roster stood, and neither does ours.

This is the type of win that puts joy in LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Thibs's minutes allocation tonight was asinine.

The Cavs are getting healthier and hitting their stride. And Atlanta and WSH are still superior.
Meanwhile we're heading in the complete opposite direction, putting our hopes on MDJ and Noah's foot and knees.

Oh, and we get to see an ass-pounding for the ages against DAL and SAS
What fun.

The team gave effort to start the season, but these past 2-3 weeks something has changed.

The front office is sleeping. Cavs turned their season around by getting the players they needed. We're not even in that game. As is, this team is going nowhere.

That was an embarrassment. Not usually the kind of person to panic mid season. But this does not look good man. Losing to everybody in the same fashion. Thibs is strubborn and and obviously frustrated. I'm not blaming these recent struggles on him entirely though. The players need to get their heads into the damn game too. They aren't trying hard enough and are definitely not executing.
On the topic of Doug, the only thing that I can think of that kept him out of this game is that he was not as ready as Thibs said. Maybe there was a decision prior to the game that gave him the no go.
This team is a disappointment right now. Every single player on the roster at that.
