This is good news but with how bulls hide injuries and players being listed as day to day have turned into a month or longer you never know

I think it might be best to sit him until after all star break and I know it might suck for him to miss all star game but I think he knows his health is more important then some game most players don't take serious anyway

This is interesting....we need him against the Cavs. But Jen Swanson will likely want him to take a break until the ASG.

We will see if he is DNP-CD or if he goes all out tomorrow or if he plays limited minutes.

Shouldn't play until after the break imo.

Keep doing your thing Snell. And hopefully McDermott will get some minutes too.

Happy Walters says he expects Jimmy to play in the asg unless his shoulder is broken or something crazy. He wants to play bad. And we shouldnt worry really, if it was going to get worse by playing, they would rest it. Derrick Rose syndrome should not take everybody over. Guys can play with pain or discomfort. Its no big deal.

Butler isn't going to skip the all-star game.

It sucks, but Bulls will be taking that L tomorrow. Let Butler rest.

I'd hold him out tomorrow. Let him get some rest. Will be a bummer if it forces him to miss the AS game, but it would at least give him a full week of res.

Yeah actually tomorrow might be jus best to sit him an then he can play all star game not like he will play big minutes anyway so I say that is the best way to go

But knowing Jimmy he will play tomorrow lol

The all-star game and skills competition are nothing but glorified practice sessions, he'll be fine for both. I could see him sitting out of the skills comp though if he really needs to.

Good call. I think he will play 5-10 minutes in ASG. There is less contact in that game then in a practice.
