"We like our core"

"We have a great relationship with tom"

"We have enough"

"We like our future"

Oh this should be good. I hope he gets some tough and needed questions.

What...he is not busy making trades or fighting with Thibs on giving more minutes to Mirotic /McDermott?

This, he sounds like a broken record every interview.

Silvy is such a dumb ass. I struggled making it through that whole thing. Did he miss the memo about Ray Allen?

I'll have to listen to it later on the podcast.

Edit: I will add though, listening to Gar is usually pointless. He never says anything worth while. Now Pax on the other hand is a good listen because he carries his heart on his sleeve.

Interesting tid bit at the end. Gar pays attention to +/- and "real plus minus".

No trades. Loves the front line depth. Silvy asked about affalo and it sounded like that wasn't gonna happen.

That's not how our front office works. They would never tip their hand in an interview. This means absolutely nothing in the broader scheme of things.

Yeah don't see anything happening. I was told Taj is not on the market and I doubt we trade Dunleavy since he's a starter. Snell was more than likely gone but now he looks like an NBA player so I bet he sticks.

Snell was never going anywhere because he had negative value.

UC is still selling out.
Bulls are making plenty of money.

He's done.

We have a huge hole on the perimeter and are not addressing it. Way to go front office. Usually teams that say they are championship contenders attempt to make a move to improve their roster.

This isn't anything different from any Paxson run front office. He can dump players in a trade but to make a trade to better the team when needed never happens.

They had some deals they were seriously considering pulling the trigger on but put on hold because of McD and Dunleavy's injuries

If you've been a fan for more than 2-3 years and you didn't know this away, shame on you. This team is probably the most grounded and predictable in the league. Any moves being made are going to be picking someone up on the FA wire. They're not screwing with the cap situation until they know what Jimmy's number ends up being.

Absolutely not. Gar Pax don't make rash moves. Barring injury, this roster was set until the deadline and the cheap contracts aren't up for discussion unless they're getting a major return for it.
