PG: You reach, I Miroti?

Kid is gonna be a star. Has all the tools offensively, and not that far away on defense. Already good on the boards. Most importantly perhaps, has that supreme confidence. Niko has been our go-to guy in the 4th with Rose and Butler out. As a rookie, pretty impressive.

We've got to find a way to feature Niko in the postseason rotation, the team needs that extra talent on the floor.

Offense had good flow tonight against a tough Indy defense. Lots of instinctual moving and passing. Probably not a coincidence that this involved a lot less shooting than usual from AB.

Mike with one of his once in a handful bust out games, which really helped take control early, but they come a little too sparingly to be an ideal starter.

Snell quietly with a solid game, good to see him rebounding better of late.

Gasol the usual double double.

Much needed W. We survived the rough patch, Jimmy and Taj will be back soon, then Derrick. I expect to play good basketball from here on out. Hopefully when Derrick returns and the PG play improves we can get on a roll going into the playoffs. Thibs closed the game with that Niko/Pau/Jo front court. Add Derrick and Jimmy and let's go to work.

I like my Rerisen posts with a little more doom & gloom.

Niko is going to really be something.

Come playoffs it's Rose, Butler, Nikola, Noah and Gasol that need to close games out. Also Rose, Butler, Mike, Noah, Gasol, Nikola, Gibson, Snell and Brooks as the main 9.

Can someone explain Thibs thinking playing Pau with two minutes left up 15? Its almost like he wants to stick it to the front office by being an obstinate fool with the minutes.

Niko has "IT", whatever that is, he's got it at a premium.

What was really nice about the game is we killed them on the glass. We've been getting beat up there lately.

Tony chipped in with 8 boards.

Even doom and gloom needs a peaceful interlude once in a while.

Brandon Jennings is out for the season, so he allowed Niko to borrow "it."

Niko with another good game; hope he doesn't get buried once Taj comes back. That would be a travesty. If anything, Pau and Jo's minutes should decrease down the stretch of the regular season. Come playoffs, he should still see some playing time if he's playing like this.

Need to tell Jo stop beating up on Niko though...

Tell Thibs, I still expect to see Brooks out there in the midget backcourt combo.

Did not see the game but we finally out-rebounded Indiana.

Lebron's gonna have to defend Niko if they want a chance on stopping him.

So Gar/Pax realize they have to trade Taj this offseason, right? Maybe we can bring in a big bruising back up C as our 4th big. Niko is gonna be a 6th man of the year candidate and eventually replace Pau at PF in a couple years.

Hopefully Taj and Butler are back early next week and Rose is back for that Knicks game on the 28th. It's going to be interesting to see what Thibs does once fully healthy. I'm hoping he cuts Gasol down some to get him some rest and finds Nikola some SF minutes. I think there's no way Nikola doesn't get 25+ minutes a night for us.
