4/5/2015 - Bulls @ Cavs - 2:30 CST on ABC

Post#1 » by NZB2323 » Sat Apr 4, 2015 6:48 pm

I remember when the Heat were on their big winning streak and they were set to play the Bulls. I was pissed because I knew that I had to watch the game that night and I knew the Bulls were going to get blown out. Then something magical happened. The Bulls didn't get blown out. They ended the Heat ' s winning streak.

This Bulls team has been frustrating at times this season. We blow big leads to bad teams. We get blown out by bad teams. However, this team has risen to the occasion when playing in big games. We ended the Warriors 20 game at home winning streak. We beat the Clippers in LA without Rose or Gasol. We beat the Cavs last time without Jimmy Butler.

With all of that said...LET'S GO BULLS! LET'S GO BULLS! LET'S GO BULLS!

Almost a meaningless game for the Cavs. Should still be fun, not sure if I want the bulls to get 3rd or 4th seed, so a loss wouldn't suck as much as usual, still hoping they can pull out the win, won't be easy.

Interesting to see how they guard Niko. I know he's on their radar. Anyone know Rose's status for game?

An attitude-establishing Bulls v Lebrons game, then baseball opening night with Cards / Cubs?! It's going to be a terrific Sunday.

I expect us to be underdogs, but damned if I don't want to see a gritty, physical, testy 97-94 win. Come on guys. Play with intensity for 48 minutes.

Tomorrow is Doug's break out game. 60 points. The kind of game that will put fear into Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

**** that bitch lebron, but Rose is key to actually beat these guys the fact that he can dominate Irving in both sides of the ball is the bulls big plus. So I'm expecting an L, hopefully Toronto loses to boston tonight

They will use a combination of Shumpert, Jones, and LeBron. Being that Niko loses 80% of his advantage at SF, I doubt the Cavs are focusing much on him.

It will be interesting since it seems many here on board would rather the Bulls be a 4 seed and thus want Toronto to win out

Normally I'd have a nice little rah-rah speech put together for such an event. Problem is, we have no burnt ex-lover named D-Wade on our team. So I don't think we play with the fire needed to beat the Cavs. I pencil in an L for this game.
After Rose broke both his knees, I gave up on the hope that we'd make it to the NBA Finals again. It will probably be decades before we see another championship. Hello Treadmill, here we come.

It's the shoes!

Our PG play is going to be super bad tomorrow. I don't know how we can possibly win this game with Aaron Brooks leading the offense as well as starting the defense.

Kyrie should be in attack mode from the get go.

If i am Blatt, this is one of those games where you'd almost be ok in just giving Kyrie the ball and letting him go nuts in pick and rolls with whoever Gasol is guarding.

The Irving & Love PNR defense is bad, but Brooks & Pau can't be much behind them, if they're at all.

I'm not expecting a W here.

Are you confident that Rose can still beat Kyrie on both ends at this point? I'll be happy if he can play three consecutive games without an injury.

I think so since Rose was dominating Kyrie earlier in season

I don't know if I'm confident about it since I'm no doctor and I don't know how will DRose be when he comes back, but he is still the key if he can't dominate/win that matchup bulls have no shot at winning a 7 game series against that bitch lebron and his team

The bulls neutralize him
