Sam Hinkie got the owners all in on the "process" but still got fired. Tanking GMs don't survive even if they get a LeBron. If you get a LeBron type, the pressure will be on them to win in Year 2. If they don't get a LeBron type, then the team will be wandering in the lottery wild for years and the fans/owners get frustrated with the GM getting fired.

Save your money. GarPax just signed their own walking papers with these moves. No way they survive a rebuild. Even if it pans out, they will be long gone by the time this team makes the playoffs again.
