I love them offensively. They did all that without Faried, Plumlee, and as you said Millsap as well.

Lots of unproven young guys like Beasley, Hernangomez, and Lydon that are yet to come through as well.

I'd love to see them trade for a star, they'd be legit.

Imagine if they didn't scoff at trading Murry for Jimmy? Good thing they did for the Bulls sake, but with Jimmy, nuggets could have been 3rd seed.

Jamal Murray is very impressive and he's still 20.

Taj about to drop 30 on the Lakers and single-handedly closing them out.

Sure, but I like the package we got for Jimmy better. Though I guess we don't truly know what exactly the Bulls wanted from the Nuggets.

I would have rather have Murray (vs. Zach and Dunn) and Lauri but even if we got Murray and a pick swap would have only moved us up 3 spots (although that is where Mitchell went!), so I would think we could have gotten somebody else young and good from their roster, also. But, Murray was the 7th pick in his draft.

the race for HCA in the 1st round and that 4th spot is going to be good. Denver, OKC, and Minny battling for it.

Minny has a great shot to get the 3rd seed.

Klay says he wants to retire a Warrior, and with the Lebron rumors, maybe those guys take big pay cuts.

I thought the LeBron rumor was complete bunk, did I miss something?

LBJ won't be signing with the Warriors.

Imo, It's either Cleveland, Houston or LA.

Yes, but Murry and Lauri weren't an option.

Like I said, we don't know what the Bulls were asking. We do know the Nuggets weren't willing to trade Murry, so likely if they were, he would have very likely been by far the best asset in return, with the other return being marginal assets.

I think I remember them offering Mudiay as one piece.

Lauri iis #1 in rebounding and #2 in scoring. Dunn is #1 in assists, #1 in steals, #3 in scoring, and Lavine is #1 in scoring.

You don't want to limit those guys. You want even more. That's the problem. Lauri, Lavine or Dunn can win a game by themselves.

Yeah, I see a lot of complaining about Lopez and Holiday playing so many minutes, but they are 10th and 11th on the roster in WS/48, how much can they really be helping us?

Yes I don't mind Holiday playing tank-wise.

And I don't want to diminish WS and I am open to be convinced that Felicio and RoLo swapping roles would hurt the tank. I have a hard time buying that.

I disagree only to the point that I probably hate SloLo's game more than anyone here, but I still can't see how giving Felicio most of his minutes could possibly make us a better team.

The way i see it, all these bench guys wouldnt be on the roster. If im the gm and cant get the coach to tank then i give him an unsustainable roster for a 48 minute ball game by sending eveyone down.

How nice it must be to have denzel, nwana, zip to give a guy rest. Or to stop a run or whatever.
The other game where felicio was designated before gametime, it was funny to me fred look a little displaced in a press interview. Not in a bad way but in a good way where losing is so inevitable.

I remember facepalming when I found out that we were even seeking Murray for Butler...but now it doesn't sound nearly as strange. He's about per 36 minutes 20/4/4 on 58% TS and he's only 20 years old....younger than some of our draft prospects.

It's becoming more evident why both Denver & Chicago valued this kid so highly.
