I'm really surprised Howard was shipped off for that package. Thought he played very well last year.

I'll assume it's a locker room thing.

It's an LT thing mainly. Not sure about the locker room but it gets the Hornets out of the LT.

Bad locker room fit. I'll take Lopez.

Can see GSW signing him if he comes cheap, which I expect he will. Maybe Cleveland if LBJ returns?

Yeah I like Lopez, but I think D12 can return to 80% of form if surrounded by shooters. Obviously don't want him if he comes at a price.

Howard is still pretty good. If he goes to GSW, lol.

Howard always seemed like a guy that fools around too much or isn't serious enough to lead a team. I can see why couple reports have said teammates were tired of his act in the locker room or when he was with the Hawks, they said he did not always give his best.

Cleveland would be a really good fit.

D12 - Love - LeBron - JR(?) - Sexton

That’d be a scary healthy team.

Sexton playing off ball? D12 slowing down the team and being benched in the 4th? JR Spliff still getting high? I think Lebron still favors LA.

Sexton would be more than fine off the ball, he already has an advanced mid-range game. He is the definition of a combo guard - not sure why you would think he wouldn’t fit well off the ball. His ball handling is better suited to play off the ball as well.

You want your PG playing a bit more on ball than your other players since he's the "quaterback" of the team. But if he's going to play the SG role, even his midrange game isn't a sure thing since his shooting % for pull-ups and jumpers aren't good. Add that to him not being a good playmaker yet, but more of a guy that mostly scores near the rim due to his great speed, that's not the type of guy you want to play off-ball.

If they want a combo guard that can shoot, you got guys like Okobo and possibly Gilgeous-Alexander (showed some upside on low volume) that can fit that role better IMO. But the Cavs should not treat this draft based on Lebron either.

If the 76ers swing their moves tonight into a trade for Kawhi, do they also have space to sign LeBron to a max outright?

If so... wow.

Would be hard to imagine LeBron passing that up. Instant super team.

They'd make it to the Finals from the East. GUARANSHEED!

I'd love to see D12 go to the Warriors and continue to dominate the league. Replacing Javale with Dwight Howard? amazing.

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

What are they doing, if anything, about Woj ignoring the edict and tweeting out all the draft choices? Or are the Bulls about the only ones not scurred of him?

Probably can’t really do anything. Although tbh I did find it annoying because I was expecting not to see that this time around on twitter and he ruined every selection lol.

You don’t get any brownie points for announcing the pick 90 seconds before it is selected. I liked that the NBA was trying to keep it suspenseful this year, it would’ve been fun
