OK, another game and another beatdown/slopfest in the making for us. Will we have 1 or 2 good qtrs, will we lead at halftime? To be determined.

Probable lineups

Bulls

Arcidiacono - PG
LaVine - SG
Holiday - SF
Parker - PF
Carter - C

vs

Raptors

Lowry - PG
Green - SG
Leonard - SF
Siakam - PF
Ibaka - PF/C

So the question will be how hungry will the Raptors be after that tough loss in Boston? By how much may they conceivably rout us?

20 or 30 points?

No Leonard tonight and OG is questionable

Maybe we make it a game for 3 qtrs or more, who knows? Maybe within the realm of possibility lies a win, nobody knows.

Toronto is on a 3 game skid. They lost last night in an OT game against Boston last night. They will be looking to beat the Bulls soundly tonight.

Is a win a possibility? Certainly. Do I expect a win? Certainly not.

What I want... No, that's too strongly worded. What I would like to see is the Bulls not falling apart. Yes, that's where we are now: the best I can muster hope for is the team not disintegrating completely at any point in the game.

I was thinking today, after watching the Bucks game, that the Bulls had the same problem last year: a good quarter or two in a game, and the rest garbage - like two totally different teams in the same game. We are starting 1 of our last season's regular starters, Justin Holiday, and I can't for the life of me blame this ongoing phenomenon on him. We do have the same exact coaching staff, though...
From the basketball's perspective, travel is a nice pause from being pounded to the floor.

Kawhi being out just gonna make losing by 20+ all the more embarrassing.

This should be interesting in terms of how important the home court advantage is to this team. Toronto, with or without Leonard, is a much more talented team than the Bulls. With the exception of the Warriors game, the Bulls have been pretty competitive at the UC. Will last night's collapse have a lingering effect?

LaVine carried the team in several games earlier in the season, but has been sort of lost the last few games. With the depleted roster, this team has no chance if LaVine is sub-par.
Until the actual truth is more important to you than what you believe, you will never recognize the truth.

We're approaching all time levels of don't give AF if Zach and/or WCJ start sitting games.

Decided to have other arrangements and to miss watching this one. Thank god I'm kissing out on the Arci/Payne backcourt experience.

Unless Jabari's hot all game he is going to dominate the ball and drive people crazy, imo. Not that we have another choice, him and Holiday are the offense today. Here's hoping Wendell steps up abd is more assertive offensively.

I wouldn't mind a win here. Always hilarious to read the Raps board after they lose a game.
Certainly don't expect one though, they're the better team by far.

Just realized that since Jimmy's back in the East, he can dad-dick the Raps again lol

That means that Blakeney could start.

That means that Cam Payne would have to be the backup SG.

Arcidiacono- Payne starting back court could be the worst in NBA history.
