For whatever reason, he’s playing shook right now.

Slow on the trigger. Not forcing the action.

In the long run I think he’ll be fine, but this has been a disappointing follow-up to his February.

Season needs to end so we can get to work.

Evaluation phase is over.

I'm not sure what the problem is.

Where did the rebounding numbers go? Is is fatigue? injury?

I'm not surprised his scoring took a dip since this is the NBA and teams will figure players out, especially young players but he's also struggling with his 3pt shot.

Bulls reverted to their old and crappy offense when Dunn started getting more time.
I really think he's damaging our players progress by now.

Lauri garbage.

Porter reverting to the solid but not difference making player he's always been.

Win or lose, trying is better than not trying. Imagine if the Bulls were sitting everyone right now in an effort to guarantee every game as a loss. Fans would be thinking "hey, everything is fine. Once the main gun play, we are a playoff team!!!"

This has really exposed some players, for better or for worse. Lavine is a keeper. Lauri could be a keeper but has some serious issues that he has to work on. Dunn isn't a keeper. The g league bench doesn't have many keepers.

Learning all of this was worth losing a few lottery balls, IMHO. The Bulls were never going to win so many that they dropped way down. Quite frankly, with how awful this draft class is, I'm not sure it matters anyway. This is a one person draft and odds are strong that the Bulls won't get that player.

Not worried about Lauri, he has his work cut out for the summer. I just need this season to hurry up and end with our Bulls having that 14 percent shot

I don't get all the head scratching about Lauri. He is what he is, not a special talent but a decent player.

I think the vitriol over Lauri's recent play has gone too far. Yes, his performance in February might've been an outlier, but the tools are still there. For me, the offense clearly changed back, and something is off with him. Knowing how the Bulls work, I'm gonna go ahead and assume he's fighting some lingering health problems.

I disagree

He looked like a top 10 guy last month. Is it that defenses are adjusting to him? Or is just not playing hard enough consistently? It is head scratching though.

I appreciate you guys being fair though because Zach was getting trashed when Boylen came in but now Lauri is the whipping boy. lol

He'll be great next next year all season, if not, he's a great 3rd option to ZION/BARRETT & Zach

I guess we have to wait. I consider this perfectionist slump. his February was so great his own expectations finally were coming together. Then he got the flu game and lost some of his mojo. now he takes the ball up ending in two turnovers to start the game and stops doing it for good. And is aiming every shot. He has to realize he isn't (and don't have to be) the level he was on febryary, YET, but he isn't a broken tool. He had few very good games not so far away from coming back the injury, playing not fully in health... So he should do some damage here even if he's fatigued. It might be frustration.

I said it last season and say it again: Lauri needs to get mad. Be a "bad mofo". Now, is he up to the task? Will he grow? Time will show. At the times of feeling off, you need to get mad!

Lauri averaging 5.6 RPG his last 5 games after averaging 12.2 RPG for a whole month.

Just odd.

Lauri with 11 points in 22 minutes.
Not sure the mathematics but I’d imagine it’s not that far from his usual scoring averages.

He was 4/8 and 3 of those misses were 3 pointers.
Not sure how lauri is getting goat status for this game.

The Bulls looked good to start, and then run out of gas when the bench plays. Give the Kings credit, they are clearly more talented.

Lauri isn't playing hard anymore. Maybe he's hurt, but he's routinely passing up open 3's. And he's not skying for rebounds. But he's not good.

Otto is good, but nobody looks for him like they did when he first came.

I think Zach was a little too ball hoggy.
