I'm not the biggest fan of White, but he should slot in very well. I'm very happy that the Bulls didn't give up future assets to move up though, but would have preferred if they traded down.

Only drawback for me is that I don't see him as a high ceiling player, but with a decent floor. It will make our backcourt really interesting and fun to watch at the very least, because he will push the pace and force players to run with him, which will be a refreshing change.

I don't see him as starting as a rookie, we will need to bring in a veteran point guard to start for a season or two.

He has the tools. If the shot translates, he will be OK. He has the speed and the motor to make an impact on both ends. Seems like he has the work ethic, too.
Also, if he wrote that Player's Tribune entry all by himself, that's impressive.

Disappointing, not a guy I had very high.

But put in the hard work young man and you’ll be solid.

Get Rose or Brogdon in free agency and this stings less.

Bulls need a PG and got one. Not a bad shooter and is quick. Don't see anyone else compelling in that spot.
