IMO, if we are stuck with Blakeney and Felicio this season, the best chance we have to improve/dump them is just the move them 100% to the windy city bulls. They can work on their (lacking) game and give the illusion that they have improved to worthy 3rd stringers with a strong performance. Are there any restrictions on this?

NBA teams can assign players with less than three years of service to their NBA G League affiliates an unlimited number of times throughout the season. The NBA team maintains the assigned player’s rights and can recall that player at any time.
