He is still listed as an employee. Also, fired from what exactly?

He made some comments about not know half the bulls team and she’s a bad light on the organization.
We had a thread about it beginning of March i believe

Yes, I understand that. But fired from doing what exactly? As far as I knew he basically just sat on the sidelines and did nothing. Anyways, he is still listed as a team employee on the website

I don't think he was fired, at least I have not seen that wording anywhere outside this board. Granted, I have not been following BB-things at all lately really.

Well it is about time you jumped back on the wagon! It’s a new day in the Chicago Bulls universe, a new era, mate!!

Also, the article didn’t even say he was fired.

It said he was no longer a Bulls Ambassador, which is something that was first reported in the Bulls media guide 7 years ago.

I agree.

The national media gave zero attention to our incompetent FO until that happened. It wasn’t even like they intentionally ignored it, they were just accepted as irrelevant.

The media members seemed rather dumbfounded when the fans started chanting, as if they were oblivious to what was happening with the franchise. I can see that kind of things leaves a guy like Paxson with many sleepless nights. It was hurtful to see.

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but I think it's significant that Paxson's new title is "Senior Advisor of Basketball Operations" and not something like "Special Assistant to the President." To me it means that he's in a staff position within Basketball Operations and therefore reporting to Karnisovas, not Michael Reinsdorf. It may not seem like much, but I'm glad Paxson's role is within Karnisovas's are of control.

Facts are completely unimportant. Visceral reactions are much more reliable.

what a bozo gar is. all he had to do was go along w/ whatever AK's vision is and he would have stayed on in some capacity?

What's awesome about this quote is that AK doesn't bother to say *who* he had a conversation with to make this decision. For all we know, he never spoke to Gar.
