Is there a trade moratorium before the draft?

Wow, being able to unload that contract for a late 1st isn't bad.

That Horford trade should be a slap in the face of reality for all the people who kept proposing that the Bulls give up anybody from a list that included Porter, Markkanen, Lavine, White or even Young and #4 to get him.

The Sixers are sending a lightly-protected 2025 first-round pick and the 34th overall pick in tonight's draft, sources tell ESPN. The Thunder are also sending Terrance Ferguson to the Sixers with Green.

Do Not trade Zach to the Sixers.

Don't want Simmons.

Pretty sure they wouldn't give us Simmons for him. I wouldn't take any trade not including Simmons though

What veteran guard, hopefully a point guard, are we angling for? Could it be Conley? He didn’t really work last year in Utah. Porter for Conley works straight up. What would Utah want to move on from him?

That’s a great question and I hadn’t thought of Conley. I was thinking we’d add one via FA, but I’m far from enamored with any of them honestly. I do wonder if we can actually convince Collison to come back, especially after he spurned us last year to retire lol. Teague? No idea how badly Utah would want out of Conley or if they like Otto at all, but that seems like a move I’d be ok with on our end.

I really like what the 76ers have done. Bringing in Danny Green and Seth Curry immediately changes their team. Now they can roll with Curry, Green, Simmons, Harris, Embiid as their starting lineup. That is much more balanced already.

Now that the draft has settled some things, I hope the Bulls are able to make a couple of small deals, Young, Satoransky. They don't have enough to make any large deals, roster revamps, just a couple of tweaks that set up next year's draft and FA period. Maybe a S&T for Dunn or Harrison

The trades were good for their roster, but DAL made off very well with that swap. Richardson is going to re-gain MIA form with the Luka and Carlisle system. Curry is a bench guy imo.

Bogdanovic going back into tht FA pool.

Considering what the Bucks were going to send to SAC in the S&T for him, shouldn't the Bulls be making that call with Porter or Young or Satoransky, Hutchison? Felicio wouldn't be so much worse than what they have at center. They drafted Haliburton and Ramsey while still having Fox and Hield. Barnes and Bagley up front still have Bjelica drafted Tillman and Martin. So post draft what were they going to with DiVincenzo?

Bogdan would get plenty of minutes at the 2 and 3.

I see OPJ as having no value until he can show he's healthy. If he plays well in his contract year then you could trade him at the deadline for a mid 1st. Similar to what Kennard got.

Hield's value is super low. He could be had for Sato and Young IMO. Don't know you want to pay him 20M per and kill your cap though.

I bet we could get Bogey for Hutch/Sato/Young.

What does Bogey do for us long term? He's an obvious upgrade but what's his fit with Zach and Coby? I think he is going to get paid 20M per too.

I think it was a good trade all around to be honest. Richardson is a good player I just don't think he meshed well with Simmons and Embiid.

I am no guru on salaries and dont know the rules to make trades work.

Anyway golden state wants a trade centered around lavine for wiseman, now that thompson is done... possibly for his whole career?
