Little trivia for you. 3 of the top 10 picks from the 2008 draft.... and 5 of the top 15 from that same draft, all were at one time Chicago Bulls. Can you name them without looking?

Spoiler:
Derrick Rose (1)
Joe Alexander (8)
DJ Augustine (9)
Anthony Randolph (14)
Robin Lopez (15)

I only got 3 without looking (Rose, DJ, Lopez), after looking at the draft I added Joe, I don't recall Anthony Randolph's stint was that just a summer league tryout?

Anthony Randolph never actually played a minute. Came over in the McDermott deal and was a Bull for a few weeks and then we traded him to Orlando along with two 2nd round draft picks for Milovan Rakovic.

This thread is depressing. I can hear GarPax defending themselves in my head and it makes my blood boil.

We believe blah blah blah.

We agree blah blah blah.

It makes basketball sense blah blah blah.

High character blah blah blah.

They whiffed hard with Teague in 2012 when multiple future all stars were still on the board but other than that and their 2nd rounders you're right, by and large GarPax drafted well.

****, I had actually forgotten about Teague's existence. That one was pretty bad.

04 was good because I remember watching Gordon, Deng, and Duhon in college that year and Noc was great in the olympics that year also.
Basically 2 starters and 2 bench players.

Return to Chicago Bulls
