i am hesitant to call this a steal considering that troy brown hasn't actually been, you know, good ever. but there could be something there, and there almost certainly wasn't with hutchison, so.

Brown and Wagner seem like guys who could develop in a place that focuses on developing young players. Which is exactly what AK is all about. Good trade!

In fact we got 2 players here for one since Hutch was more than done with the Bulls. Both players are worth to get minutes.....I even like Mo Wagner. 5 times better than Felicio and Kornet.

Can we get rid of Felicio now......PLEASE

Both Gafford and Hutchinson got their chances but they were disappointments. Finally AK is doing trades he should of done when he first got here.

I like Wagner as a back up. Wanted him out of college and he’s proven that he can play with the wizards. I like the trade, definitely better than Gafford.

They got these guys for free basically. If Brown doesn't pan out, no big deal, but he has some potential for sure.

I like both players and they definitely feel like AK type of players.

I'm intrigued by Troy Brown Jr. Specifically... he's a decent passer. There's potential there, in some situations, to be a playmaker off the bench.

How's his defense?

He def has more fire in his left toe than Lauri has in his entire body. Mo has flaws, but he's also coming here basically for free. I love this move. Mo could be a great 7th man for the Bulls.

Wiz fan here. Team got low on Wagner (who they pulled from the starting lineup and did not pick up his option) and Brown (who they picked the option up on but was racking up DNP-CDs). Wagner is an energy guy who fouls a lot who you'll have to match an offer to keep this offseason. Brown can pass and rebound but he can't shoot, isn't very athletic and doesn't defend too well. He needs the ball in his hands to play effectively and is best served being a point forward - that didn't fit with Beal and Westbrook

I think what excites Wiz fans is getting Gafford and the two extra years of control on the cheap.
