Lauri needs to totally revamp his body. Every motion needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Even something basic like running. When he runs, he pumps his arms as if that is supposed to help.

I love the activity on defense. The deficiencies are still clearly there but at least they're trying hard.

That's what he is. He is basically like Lauri Markkanen and sooner we realize the better.

He just doesn't have that IT factor where he feels like I can play in this league and I can be better than all these players attitude.

With that, he is at best a role player.

What else is he supposed to do with his arms when he runs? Hold them straight down at his sides? His problems are mental, not phyiscal.

Memphis has zero respect for anybody outside of Vuc; they’re camped in the lane—Ja did not even bother to get a hand up on an open Arci with the ball at the 3, knowing he won’t shoot it. If somebody plays defense that lazily, you have to score it in his face. Arci looks like the guy who got picked last at the pickup game.

He's gotta impose his will on the game a lot more specially since he's one of our most athletic player. He's just a ghost a lot of the time.

I blame Billy though. DId you see how many subs he made in the 3rd qtr like every couple of minutes and he sat down the guys who were playing better (Coby, Vuc, Theis) and kept making subs with weird lineups.

That's how you lose the lead/game.
