I reaally have problem playing Pat Will in the 4th, he is never ready to shoot and just makes it harder for everyone. He should be ready to shoot - evev if it's a 3. This is not a 1st qtr.

Zach needs to take another step forward. He hasn't figured out passing, sharing the ball, or how to keep his teammates involved after those 5 minute stretches when he goes supernova.
