What you are hoping is not worth getting upset about. If we owned our pick completely I would care more. Do you remember when we win the coin toss and Sacramento got the higher pick? If it is meant to be it will happen. Tanking and giving the pick to Orlando would just make us look even more pathetic and would amount to AK saying trading for Vuc was a mistake. There is no way in Hell that is happening and you know it.

What could have been after the trade, only if we had few days in between to get everyone aclimated and lineup change along with Lavine not being out because of Covid.

Now, we will have to wait until next year - like every year.

Every year? We moved up in the lottery and got a Top 4 pick. That can happen no matter what position we get. We lost out on #2 pick by winning a coin toss another year.

1-2% difference doesn't mean anything in the draft lottery. It's all luck. It's pointless to think anything the Bulls do determines their destiny.

To get hung up on the Percentages is stupid. You can have a 50% chance to flip a coin and land on heads, but have it land on tails 5 times in a row. Thus making the 50% chance pointless.

100% Luck is for Losers...

Banking on lottery balls that may or may not pan out is clearly not the philosophy or gameplan of AKME so tankers need to deal with it.

Stop watching and posting if it bothers you that much.

I would love to tank and get a better pick but not holding my breath.

I have no problem with seeing how Lavine/Vuc/Theis/Coby/Temple/PatWill look in the final games as we can build around those and just fill in the PG spot and other 3-D wings - I wanted to see TBJ more but oh well.

The way I see it we don’t have a pick unless we completely luck out no matter what happens the rest of the season. So intentionally losing games in a desperate attempt to get a few extra percentage points is not worth it.

I'm convinced Theis would get way more foul calls if he had Kyle Korver's haircut.

It's not even about tanking this year, it's about keeping the pick or not having a pick at all. The Bulls have nearly no chance at the playoffs so they're gonna lose their pick and miss a 10 team playoffs in the East.

They aren't going to lose the pick, the pick is already gone in reality. If they get lucky in the lotto they might get to keep it, but that's only if they get lucky and that can happen at any position so it doesn't really matter.

The difference between finishing 7th and 11th in the lottery is 31.9% finishing top 4 and 9.4% finishing top 4. That's a pretty damn big difference.

This team deserves to be in the play in. Such a shame.

Question for the board: Would you rather have Sato or Cam Payne as backup point guard?

EDIT:
Cam Payne 2 million per year, 7.5 pts, 3.5 assist, PER 15.85.
Satoransky 10 million, 8 pts, 4.8 assists, 14.02 PER.

We really need to find a way to lose this game, though.

If we got calls like this in half our games we'd be the 7th seed.
We need more national games, we never get whistles like this.
