Sounds interesting, thoughts?

I mean they can pull something decent off if they do it right. But there’s no movie and no magic unless MJ comes out of a space ship. Honestly I kind of hate this idea. Piggybacking on a good thing for crass commercialism is what happens though I guess. And Im aware of the problems some folks had with Fields of dreams movie and the game. But it was a unique situation. This is just a little much

A blacktop game would be nice but that would some damage due to how hard a blacktop is. No diving for loose balls on that and because the nba is mostly played in the winter you have to have it in a warm weathered city. So congrats to Florida, Cali, Texas, and Arizona.

Didn't this already happen once? I vaguely remember Steve Nash and the Suns playing in it?

Boomer checking in - I saw Field of Dreams in its premiere night when I was in Colorado Springs, Col for a Summer back in my youth. I don't think many other euros saw it

The only thing I can think about when it comes to Field of Dreams is Jim Boylen and his damn quotes

If they are going to play at like Ruckers that makes sense but the weather will absolutely not be favorable in season.
