Am I lazy?
It seems like every time I go to post in the Around the NBA thread, the last post count is something divisible by 20, plus like one or two. So there’s like almost no content on that page and then I have to also open the prior page to get caught up. It’s kind of irritating. Why can’t things be easier?

Um... Maybe? I mean, there are threads that I open more often than others, as there are days which I'm more present here.
But you're a retired mod. That's what retirement is for, so you're good.

I think the solution is that everyone else should fill up the last page almost to the limit and then stop right before I log in. Pushing all these extra bottoms is exhausting.

Most of us do owe you something for so many years of moderating, so I guess that's fair. You work out a model and we'll give it a try.

The NBA should simply stop at regular and convenient intervals.

Don't know about you, but the Bulls sure are, judging by today's performance.

Re: Am I lazy?
No. This is a real problem.
I think we could eradicate it by refraining from rehashing the same Bulls opinions that are being regularly stated in some 5-12 other threads. Can’t say I never reply, but it irks me to get same old Bulls tidbits in the Around thread.
If we removed the Bulls content, my hypothesis is that the post/page count would right itself.
