I like Reddish with Thibs and Knicks. He will get lots of 3s and Thibs will take his D up a couple notches.

Saw this from a non Bulls fan:
Coby/DJJ/TBJ for Kuzma and Harrell
Solves a lot. I’d start Harrell and Kuzma as a super sub off the bench.
Ball/Ayo
Lavine/Caruso
Derozen/Green
Harrell/Kuzma
Vuc/Harrell

I see no way that Washington does that trade, but if they are willing, i do it and laugh all the way to the number 1 seed.
We have Martell Webster. He's called Kyle Korver here, and we shall love him and squeeze him and call him Ashton. -BrooklynBulls

Bulls already are the number one seed right now even without that trade.

The Bulls don’t need another small forward. They need a power forward. PJ Washington seems like a good it for this team although he is a bit undersized.
The trade from Atlanta kind of highlights a problem that often goes unnoticed during the draft.
Teams love guys with 'high potential'. The younger a player is, the better. Teams love projects. Usually these projects are garbage players for a couple years, like Reddish. Just awful, didn't help the team win AT ALL.
This the dominant formula for these players. Then, years 3 and 4, maybe they start figuring things out. And now guess what? Their rookie deal is up, and you have to pay a ton of money for a guy that was terrible for you 3 out of 4 years? And you still don't know ultimately what kind of player he'll be? For small market teams, this formula doesn't work.
So Atlanta had to cut out before it got too late, and they were able to recoup a pick that will likely convey IMO.
And the Knicks gambled on a risky player that hasn't shown much. Not surprising.
I mentioned this earlier...or maybe in another thread after someone posted a Coby deal for Kuzma.
I would prefer P-Will and TBJ for Kuzma.
Works out almost perfectly (add less than $500,000 to this year's cap hit).
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y8afp84x
Ball/Caruso/Ayo
Lavine/White/Thomas
Derozen/Green/McKinnie
Kuzma/DJJ/McKinnie
Vuc/Bradley/Vet Big/Marco
Clears a roster spot to sign whatever 4/5 vet big we can grab at the deadline.
ESPN has him listed at 6'9"
NBA Reference has him listed at 6"10
At 6"9, a 26 year old Kuzma instantly becomes the 3rd tallest "useful" player on the roster. (Sorry Marco), and 4th overall.
If he is 6"10, he would be the same listed height as Vuc and Bradley.
Putting Caruso and Ayo aside for a moment, that starting 5, along with a scoring 6th man is about as well balanced as you can get.

He meant just laugh in place
I'd do it also, but not sure if TBJ can be traded back to Washington.

TBJ came to Chicago in the 20-21 season, so he can go back to the Wiz this season.

Lol there is absolutely no way Washington is trading one of their better players to a team sitting 1st in their conference lol

I'm not arguing If anyone of the wiz players will get traded or not. They are not trading them to us.
They do that they might as well drive Beal to the airport and pack his bags to leave. They are not helping us get better.

Meh...half the east is ahead of them.
We are not in the same division as them, and while we might be #1 in the conference at the moment, I think it is safe to say we are not the best team of vying for a title.
If two deals are close, I could see them going out of conference first....but I don't know if they would take a lesser deal to keep from trading with Chicago.
If Beal is going to leave because the Wiz trade vet players for young prospects or picks, it won't matter where they go...the issue for Beal would be the start of a rebuild.

These front offices just did a deal 10 months ago. There is no rivalry. Of course they’d make a deal either Bulls if it was the best move for their franchise.

Latest jerami Grant trade I saw is:
Pat will
dJJ
Portland 1st for Grant
In a way it’s a easy yes. Do all the injuries involved complicate things?

Would love to get Kuzma - He would be damn perfect at PF position for us while Javonte can back him up.
I doubt Wizards would trade him though - unless they feel like they are not going anywhere and starts selling (ala Orlando last year).

They really need to make a consolidation trade. There is a pretty big gap between Beal and their 2nd best player and not going "win now" seems like a good way to watch Beal walk (unless they are planning on some S&T with him this summer anyway).
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yd8reyep
Chicago out - P-Will, TBJ
Chicago in - Kuzma
Washington out - Kuzma, Harrell
Washington in - Grant, TBJ
Detroit out - Grant
Detroit in - P-Will, Harrell
That works

Heh imagine that. A trade involving all players that are currently injured and a pick that probably won’t convey.
