Hats off to Clutch doing their job though. This is why he signed with them, the NBA contract is pretty much a forgone conclusion, He was getting a max and he earned it, but deals like this is where they can make a difference. He got his commercials in the all-star game, back to back commercials after an interview break with him and DDR. Klutch "in" the NBA is a nightmare really but they are doing the right things with the ancillary marketing IMHO.


Also interesting how Zach did a commercial with Zion but right now I don't think Mountain Dew wants Zion to be their poster boy... sugar and an overweight player may not be the best marketing... They got Zach with Charlie Day which is way more fun and actually the better commercial.

New Balance are possibly the least cool shoes out there, they could use Zach.

They are... They have made a move towards being more trendy though for sure. The running market though is what kept them relevant no doubt and old man walking shoes.

For basketball Shoes it will always be Nike/Jordan Brand for me. I love Puma and have worn them for years... but not for basketball. Same with Adidas but I might get a pair of adidas basketball shoes. The only non nike shoe I think I wanted was the Pump when it first came out but that desire went away really quickly lol.

Over/under on how much his deal will be worth annually? 20/25M?

That’s a full on NB gear he’s got there.

Im gonna be shocked if its not Jordan Brand as there has been no midwest rep since Jimmy got traded . In this market on this team and the success they are currently having I find it hard to believe MJ is not gonna have some black and red Jordan Brand on Zach in the playoffs
