Yes, because all knee injuries are the same.

In fact, let’s just never sign any player who’s ever been injured. It’s just too much of a risk.

Yep... In fact let's not sign any players again just in case.. injury or not.

If we sign Zach and his knee gets hurt I blame AK and the medical team..

If we sign a healthy player and they get a severe injury I blame AK and the teams Psychic, I mean what do we pay him for he should have seen it coming.

Hear P&S saying Ayton could be available? WTF, Id be all in on that. This current build isn’t going to work if this team is so fragile.

A far better option than Gobert (not touching that contract with a ten foot pole).

I don't know if we have what it takes to get it done though.

Without flat out saying I don’t want Ayton, I’m just going to point out that he’s maybe not even as good as Wendell Carter (there are a variety of metrics that favor Carter-who was practically ridden out of town on a rail) and will literally cost twice as much.

Point is, it would be another top dollar transaction. Paying big money and/or picks instead of seeking value. Which is fine… but then don’t cry poor when it comes to filling out the roster if you’re going to overpay for guys like this

I am not saying we would have made the finals or anything but a team with a healthy Ball and Caruso for a majority of the year is an ENTIRELY different animal

Bulls @ full strength would of put up 50 plus wins.

Sucks how it ended.

If you need to shut down Lonzo for the year, you do it.

On the bright side, we’re not aiming to work with cap space… so Reinsdorf should and could just plan to keep acquiring talent, when available. Just sucks to have the 3rd best player’s future in jeopardy, especially at his age.

Robert Williams is going through similar issue if fans want to compare.

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

We knew when Lonzo first signed that he would be injury prone. At least I did. As good as he was this is a big issue. Barely played this season. He has knee problems and so does Zach. Not good, hopefully they will be fine by the time the season begins but as we all know problem with knees will always be worrisome.

Not really. He returned really fast and is available without restriction for the Heat series.

Feels like it don't it. Like something always happens to our PG's or key players that we need to get over the hump. We can't buy a break.

But Ball could be heading down a ugly path because he's not getting any younger and knee injuries typically don't get better either. I pray they can manage whatever this is and when his contract is up we can move on. But we need exactly the type of player he is for this team.

he was SOOO fun to watch, such a good fit, and so much better than advertized. What a signing!

Oh yeah, he gets nicked up alot. Doesn't seem to be his fault? But not ideal

Bone bruises can take a long time to heal. Kendrick Nunn with the Lakers missed the entire season.

That's it. It's over for Lonzo Ball's time, as a starter, in Chicago. This was super short lived. Even IF he does return, Lonzo cannot start. Time to move on.
