Do you mean you hope he goes undrafted? If so, I'd like the Bulls to pick him up.

Mistype. Should've said falls out of draft.

It looks like he did go undrafted.

I'm sure it's been said somewhere in here but Detroit is building one hell of a team. Cade/Ivey/Duren should be a fantastic young trio, at least on paper they are, Detroit also have a **** ton of cap space to improve the team.

I started a drinking game before the first pick. Do a shot every time that woman host whoever she is said. Big Perk. Was totally gone over the edge out of it by the time the Bulls picked.

The good news I didn't have to put up with Jay Bilas for very long making every MF'n pick sound like they were not just instant starters in the NBA but virtually assured of being an All star and he was fitting many for their Hall of Fame jackets right after they put the hat on.

Kendall Brown should have stayed in school- getting drafted midway through the second round is not likely what he expected when he declared.

New Orleans got a nice player with EJ Liddell in the second round. Adding Dyson Daniels and Liddell to a team that made it to the playoffs without Zion last year- they could be exciting to see this year.

Detroit has to be the biggest winner of the night. Amazing draft for them, and with a clear vision. I loved it.

I also loved OKC's draft. I don't know how well it will work outside of Holmgren (who will be an absolute stud with SGA and Giddy) but if all these long multi-skilled skinny dudes work out, they may have one of the wildest, most unique and most dynamic rosters we've seen.

Gonna take awhile but I'm fascinated by the vision. Could be a lot of fun.

Thirding Detroit's moves. Think Ivey will win ROY this season. And don't forget about Bey, long wing with a good outside shot.

I don’t know about grading their draft, but I like the Spurs landing Sochan Branham and Wesley. By definition, these guys will pan out

So much better than the Dumars/Paxson approach of "we're tanking but we're also competing" so both teams just tried to build on 7th/8th picks who could play immediately like Greg Monroe and Coby White.

Another positive I see with this pick is his playmaking skills. If he can be a decent ball handler and take some pressure off DDR and Zach or even in the 2nd unit, that’s a plus. Based on analysis written about him, good things happen when he’s on the floor, he finds open guys. If he can be 32-35% spot up shooter this year, that’s all you can ask for from a mid 1st rd pick.

The Spurs have a good group of young players who have potential, but the only one who really broke out so far is Murray.

Devin Vassel, Keldon Johnson, Primo, Tre Jones, and I think Zach Collins still has potential (plus Poeltl is solid).

My view from afar is that if a player (or two) breakouts out they'll be competitive or, if not, they'll end up being a team full of solid non-stars.

I'm not all bent out about the pick, but clearly, Kessler did. We need elite rim protection and he's as elite at that as they come.
