Ayo's not going to be some big time player, but he can contribute in the rotation and being on a young team that wants to run and play fast makes way more sense from what I've seen than the way we're (mis)using him. Interest is "mild" anyway.

Here's the link - https://hoopswire.com/bulls-rumors-alex-caruso-andre-drummond-ayo-dosunmu/

Can't wait for our big move of Drummond for Payton Pritchard, Justin Jackson plus COLD. HARD. CAAAAAAAASSSSHHHHH!!!

I wouldn't trade Lavine this year either. Bulls need to stop buying high and selling low, like we did with Lauri. You're not going to get back a player that turns us into a contender this year, so what's even the point of taking 10 cents on the dollar for Lavine.

The fact that teams are calling about Lavine & Ayo is the same pattern as with Lauri (and Wendell). Other teams think we have talented players that the Bulls org are using terribly and would love to their hands on them.

I still like Killian Hayes despite his offensive woes. He has true PG skills and could be a long-term replacement for Zo.

I love Caruso on this team but if you can get two first round picks for him then you make that trade.

I think they're asking for two 1sts as a negotiating tactic expecting to get one.

The way I see it is Bulls don’t want to give him away but if they do teams need to give up a couple of first round picks. That’s too high of a price for him, teams do that for star type players not role players..

Everybody trading all these firsts was an INSANE bubble that I hope has burst with the level of play by the Twolves and Hawks lol.

I don’t think so. One wouldn’t even be worth it. Might as well keep him.Two is the price and the only way they consider trading him.

I feel like AKME is GarPax by any other name if these rumors are true. Everybody and anybody should be on the table, including Pat. Nobody on this team is untouchable. Moreover, some guys should probably be traded for 80 cents on the dollar to get (another) rebuild going.

I like AC and what he brings, but there's no way I think he's actually worth two 1sts cmon man lol. I think if he gets moved its gonna be for a 1st and a couple buy low players for the salary.

Honestly the whole trade marketplace has been ruined the past few years. Like the Jerami Grant for a future first and 2 second rounders dont happen anymore.

Thanks to the Twolves people are asking expecting outrageous offers.

Even when you think of the Mitchell trade, Cleveland has sacrificed 5 first rounders going forward. So they are basically stuck with this roster good or bad. That would have been called ridiculous if it wasn't for the Gobert deal. The Atlanta Dejounte trade is in the same boat.

Now guys like OG people are expecting 3 firsts and a young player in return. :banghead:

Its going to be a wild ride.

Drummond to Portland for one of their TPE and removal of protections on their pick? So they can use their future picks in trades to try snd improve their roster?

Not a rumor, just speculation.

Rumors aren't worth hearing, you've got no idea where they came from and what agenda the source is working off of. You've got so many online bloggers, podcasters and just amateurs sitting in their grandma's basement spewing out garbage trying to get noticed and Likes, there's no fact checking or reality involved or consequences for making stuff up.

OK CHA is interested in Ayo, for who exactly? They only have a couple of guys making his low ball money, mostly UFA, are they going to give the Bulls a 2nd round pick that they already owe the league as a fine? The Knicks are supposedly scouting Caruso, what they can't watch him the last 3 years on tape to know what he can do? The Bulls could trade Drummond, then get the name of the center that they're going to bring in because they aren't going to keep going with benchwarmer Tony Bradley jr as the only backup. Sure the Bulls are asking for 2 1st round pick for Caruso, at the very last minute they either get a team that's desperate and gives them up or they wait until 10 minutes to go and they take whatever somebody offered.

I'd like to learn who is on the list of possibly being bought out once the deadline passes. That's where you'll have a few guys looking for contenders to grab a veteran or some guys who could sign with the bulls to get in games and audition for a new contract.

If the Ayo rumor is true, you have to imagine these are the potential deals on the table:

Charlotte Hornets:
1. Ayo and Drummond for PJ Washington

2. Ayo for Jaden McDaniels

3. Ayo and Drummond for Kai Jones and Dennis Smith Jr.

4. Ayo and Drummond for Marc Williams and a salary filler.

Detroit Pistons:

1. Ayo and Simonovic for Saddiq Bey

2. Ayo and Drummond for Killian Hayes

3. Ayo and Drummond for Stewart and Rodney McGruder - probably unlikely, but you never know.

There's definitely several in here that I'd consider. I guess if this happens, we just commit to Caruso, Coby, and Dragic at the point and possibly Derrick Rose when he's likely bought out.

That’s true, so based on these deals did the bulls over pay for Vuc or are a few fans over reacting ?

Asking for the moon 2 weeks out from the deadline is probably the right thing. Of course with AKME you have to consider that they might actually value their win-now assets this highly.

While I doubt it, and my gut says these prices are tactical, I’m not setting myself up for a letdown on Feb 9. There’s a good chance that they have ownership’s blessing to fight their way up through the play-in with largely the same group.
