Good game, starting to look like a real team, unfortunately its march.

Is this three game streak fools gold? I swear, after this season I will always avoid the number 4. So many times I’ve thought “yeah, let’s get that fourth in a row”. Nope. Never.

Isn’t 4 in Japanese or Korean culture bad luck? I think it’s because the character for “4” is the same or similar to the character for “death”. Hmm…

Team needed that win given our history of **** the bed with leads.

Just hit shots during the right times. Coby was big. He's starting to look like a keeper.

Not looking forward to these PHI games.

I seriously thought we going to blow this lead. We needed a 27 pt cushion.

That first half was amazing. We had amazing ball movment. We had great shots. We defended at a high level. The second half we completely relaxed, played bad on defense and on offense we just took poor attempts.

The MVP of the game was Pat Bev. It got kind of put ine back burner because of how we played in that 3rd quarter. he was the biggest reason why we were up 27. Those 3s were crazy.

But that player that saved us was Coby White. It makes you think that Coby should have been named the starter the whole season. I love Ayo but he just cant give you what Coby is giving right now. He fits with both starting and bench units. Great game from Coby.

Coby and Pat are a very good bench duo. I’m loving the way they slide into our big 3 lineups from the bench. Sure we all want and expect Williams to be much better than he is, but I’ve loved the way he’s approached his role when moved to the bench. Maybe it’s less pressure, maybe nothing is really different, but I feel like he’s actually impacting the game in ways he never has. It’s not always that his offense is on (he was leaving so much short today), but he’s consistently one of best defenders on floor making things happen with blocks and tips and pole outs.

I’ve already celebrated Coby. But he’s playing like a real 3-D guard. Off top of my head, I’d say he’s giving Bulls team similar to what Raps get from Gary Trent. Not takeover level skill, but tenacious and composed on defense at all times, and truly nailing big threes at pivotal moments.

Impressive win after last night double OT game. Really thought we were going to collapse there in the 4th quarter. But we hung in there and mad some shots and put them away. Only problem - how badly are Caruso and Pat Bev hurt? We can’t afford to lose either, let alone both.

Two huge wins with two games against the Sixers coming up next. The Bulls gotta split against the Sixers, at minimum.

To my last point about Coby and Pat on bench. It’s also forced Billy to use Ayo less.

I don’t want to punish Ayo or drop him completely, but he needs some DNPs. He needs to go back to roll from last year where he wouldn’t play a game or two because of where he was on depth chart, and then he’d get thrown in for a change of pace and do exactly that with his defensive hustle, fast break excitement, and straight line drives to the hoop.

And to that point, Javonte will be a welcome addition. He’ll slide in there with Pat and Coby for the man bench minutes. He’ll be the perimeter defensive go-to for Bev/Caruso when they come out instead of Billy’s reliance on Ayo.

I really do believe Javonte coming back into the fold while the team is playing well will give them another solid tick up

Not to get ahead of ourselves given the upcoming games. But I’d much rather play Miami in the playin and hopefully Boston in the playoffs if we get that far. Doesn’t matter but we have no answer Giannis.

This is what I always envision what Coby White should be. An automatic 15 points, timely 3-point shots. His improved defense and playmaking have been bonus.

Bulls have had a hell of a post all-star break.

Great win with both the Pacers and Wizards losing. My only worry is Caruso and Beverly? I hope their injuries are not too serious.

With Caruso in a walking boot, we need Javonte back asap.

Agree 100%. It is getting ahead of ourselves but I def check out the Atl and Tor games/schedule every day also.

We at least play Atlanta once more so we just gotta stay within striking distance of them. Cuz no matter what we got to beat them in that game to even stay in play in … I just hope that beating them will also end up having implications on a seeding ABOVE them. (That would give us a tiebreaker with them right?)

We’re 7-4 after tonight, so those numbers are even better now. Now our Net Rtg after the all star break is 8.7 - still second in the league. We are 5th in both offense and defense after the break.
