They've already reached half their win total of last season and were not even quarter of the way through the season.

They added some good vets and Cade seems to have taken a step.

To be fair, of the four teams above them, only the Cavs have more wins against teams with winning records.

Vs winning record teams:

Pistons: 1 win (Lakers)
Knicks: 0 wins
Magic: 0 wins
Celtics: 1 win (Knicks)
Cavs: 4 wins (Knicks, Lakers, Warriors, Magic)
