Paxson, make a move

I'm sick and tired of this B.S. With a team full of promise a year ago missing 1 or 2 key ingredients. I can care less about tonights loss, but believe me. Paxon had two years to figure this out and make the necessary signing and trades to put the Bulls over the top. But no, he can jack ##F and worship Deng because to MR. PAXON. DENG WAS UNTRADABLE.. WHAT AN IDIOT.

FIRE PAXON. I don't know if there was a thread entitled this or not. A GM with absolutely no balls to take a chance or make a trade. Fire his @@S.

Paxson, make a move

Pick a direction for this team already.

If you want to, and think we can become real contenders now, package TT, Noah, draft pick or whatever with a vet to upgrade our talent for the short term.

If you want to, or feel we still need to build for the long term, trade Wallace and/or Noc if you can, and give TT, Noah and even Gray heavy doses of minutes to play for the long term.

Chose a middle path and you risk becoming the next McHale, who's tenure as GM in Minny started off great then fizzled over the years into it's current lowly state.

Why is everyone suicidal again. We lost to a good team in double OT without our second best player.

I merged them.

I'm not suicidal. I've been saying what we're doing is stupid for a while.

"Don't cry for me Argentinaaaa....."

Sing the same song brother.. If Skiles was held accountable.. Paxon should be held accountable.

It's his mess. Loss or win.. This team is in dissarray. We might make the playoffs, but this team has no direction right now.

I've seen enough and been quite enough.

Portland is a good team?? Are you kidding me? They might have won games in a row, but they are far from a "good team".

The Bulls team makeup suck and the blame now falls squarley on Mr. Paxon "THE MORON".

The truth is this team needs a logical direction. Right now it's a big contradiction.

What truth? The Bulls were the #3 ranked team in the East last year and Portland was counting their ping pong balls..

What truth is there in that??

Patients people. Our players have low value at the moment. We couldn't match contracts previously without trading half our team, so pax had done all he could without giving away half the team.

There could be some s&t action in the off season when he have bigger contracts to work with.

I feel like I agree. It's demoralizing when a young team like Portland shows more charisma and court-savy than our older, more experienced team. Kirk is just horrible in the clutch- if the ball is in his hands, I count the odds like this:

50% chance he dribbles out the clock and bricks a bad shot
30% makes a horrible, ineffective pass to another perimeter player, late on the cluck, who is forced to chuck it
10% he does ABSOLUTELY nothing
3% makes a decent assist
1% draws a foul
1% makes the shot off the dribble

I mean, seriously, the guy is painful. Just make an open three when we need one, f***! Gordon played a great game. He turned it over at the end, but he had ZERO help. No one even moved to get open. It was brutal.

I am really in favor of upgrading at guard. Maybe add a fourth guard to the rotation (slasher), or maybe sell Hinrich. I don't care which route we take, all I know is that Duhon is worth keeping as backup pg, and Gordon is back in form.

Come on now. They've won 5 of their last 6. They're currently in the playoffs. Yes. They are a good team.

Yes we still have some changes to make, and yes I want to play Tyrus and Gray just as much as the next guy, but we've been playing well. Smith almost challenged Wilt's scoring record. You ain't going to pull him. Wallace is playing well. I hate him too, but HE IS PLAYING WELL. So you're not going to bench him. We're fighting for a playoff spot, and basically everyone besides Duhon and Noce are playing good basketball right now. Until Wallace starts sucking again, we need to ride our vets.

This was an encouraging game. We hung with one of the hottest teams without a guy who has been averaging 22, 9, and 5 under Boylan. That's big.

Nocioni + filler for Maggette

I really think we need a tall 2/3 for 2 reasons.

1) Its a hole in our lineup.
2) We open up some time at PF by dealing Nocioni

Then trade the young guys for upgrades. Or isn't that good enough to win now? If it's not who the f*** cares if we win more with the vets now, if that's even true.

Does this team have any logical goals? Right now it looks like a ship adrift in the winds to me.

I posted this in the postgame thread. I think it has more relevance here.

Here's looking at you, Mr. Paxson. You've assembled this bunch of misfits and with each passing game, you are seeing what type of team we are.

There is going to be criticism of players and coaching. So be it.

I want to start pointing the finger more and more at John. I not absolving any of the players or coaches, but we need a logical change via a trade.

I realize Pax wants the team and coaching staff to turn the season around and see what happens in the playoffs. I adore this team, but it sadly just isn't good enough. I want this team to be a championship contender, and currently its just mediocre at best.

Lets see here....Pax fired Skiles because he wasn't winning.

Reason. Pax wants to win.

I believe we all agree on that.

JR goal, I believe is to make money for the team first win second.

Pax isn't getting fired unless the fans stop showing up and opening their wallet.

Bulls are making a TON of cash.

This is a business.

If Mark Cuban were the owner, then yes, i think pax would be in hotter water....but he isn't so Pax has one of the safest jobs in the league.

It's about time someone says the truth

To those who say that our players trade value is low, I disagree mightly. Why? Because Mr. Moron "John Paxon" could've traded for anybody that wanted to come here in the offseason but didn't. PAXON IS AT FAULT HERE PEOPLE.

HE NEEDS TO GET THE PINK SLIP OR GET SOME BALLS.

Sorry guys I am not with you on this one.

In 5 games with Boylan, we lost to Orlando in overtime (second best team in East) and Portland(currently hottest team in the league) in double overtime. Its more frustration talk but it doesnt have merit to what you are saying. Basically its bad timing your argument.

Also you might be forgetting we were without Deng our second leading scorer.

Its not like we laid an egg out there.
Its not like our guys are overmatched.
We have just havent caught any breaks lately.

I still believe in this team.

Go Bulls!

What uprades? What is Sefolosha gonna get you? What's Thomas going to get you? What's Noah going to get you? Nothing. They have no value alone. They're only valubable in pacakages or as throw-ins.
