Deng, T2 & DN

Hate to say it, but anything to do with an Achilles tendon means that a player is going to see at least a couple of weeks off.

My guess is that T2 is going to get his chance to show what he can do at SF, and that we're going to see DN recalled from the D-League.

The next couple of weeks will be a make-or-break period for the Bulls season.

IMO Tyrus should get his chance to show his stuff at SF, but he won't. I mean, Noc & Griff were an incredibly bad SF tandem tonight but Tyrus still didn't sniff any real action. That's a pretty big indicator, I'm afraid.

Maybe, but it certainly seemed like Deng could have come back in but that Boylan said no.

If Deng is lost for a few weeks then I'd guess that our season is over. We better not see more Noce.

Can I get any more depressed about this team?

I'm a major Tyrus supporter but he should not be at SF. He should be as close to the basket as possible. The only injury that would get Tyrus significantly more burn is a Wallace injury. I like how Boylan is sticking to a rotation but his unwillingness to bench an ineffective Wallace and ignore a game changer like Tyrus is frustrating to say the least.

Considering how hard guys had to work to get quality shots off against a defensively challenged Blazer team, watching them without Deng for a 1-2 week stretch will be sickening to the stomach... Now we'll see if T2 is up to snuff and hopefully not rot on the bench...

Oh is that what this thread is for?

Just say no to Tyrus at small forward. He doesn't have the skills for it. He can just run fast enough to do so. If you think he's mistake laden at his natural position, imagine what a joy we'd get from an unnatural position.

Sham, this thread is all about hard times and broken dreams.

If T2 can't play SF at all, then our only hope is Noc as the starter, and Griff off the bench.

So this makes an even bigger case for DN getting some burn.

It creates a niche for the forebidden fruit of Thabo and should boost nocioni's trade value so pax can ship chapu off and have an ever so slightly more confident Sofaloafa.

i want TT as much as the next guy but putting him at SF seems like a recipe for failure and giving JB more reason to then plant him on the bench and never dust him off again.
