Heard a funny new expression: "Bulled"

I overheard a co-worker use the term "Bulled" today and laughed hysterically.
He used it in the following context:
Bulled
Definition:
To miss a target that would otherwise be inconceivable to miss
Example:
The man was astonished after he bulled the piece of paper when he was standing directly over the garbage can.

wow -- that's harsh -- a more accurate word to match that definition would be to B-Dub it (as in Ben Wallace).
Example -- I had to piss really bad and B-Dub-ed it all over the floor. I felt like a jackass that couldn't make a layup.

I think the distinction is that to B-Dub is the miss completely where Bulling allows for the possibility of hitting the rim.

hmmmmmm ... that action was previously known as the verb skiles ... for instance if I say "he skiles" means he is getting less attention than he deserves
