Obviously the below didn't happen and probably never would have happened. But indulge me for a few moments.

Let's say Chandler's issues with Skiles hadn't gotten to the point where Paxson felt it was necessary to trade him. So then they didn't feel the need to sign Wallace.

Then, instead of Tyrus, let's say Paxson had drafted Brandon Roy.

How do you think this team would done?

Hinrich/Duhon
Roy/Gordon
Deng/Nocioni
Smith/Noah
Chandler/Gray

If Chandler still shook the cobwebs out of his ears the same way he did after getting traded, I'd be all over that alternate history.
