I think there will be no trade and we make the playoffs.
I think this team has bonded over the recent controversy.
I think we make the playoffs.
This proclaimation needed its own thread.

These group of guys will never ever get far in the playoffs. If we do luckily happen to make the playoffs (which i honestly hope we don't and would rather have a good draft pick) they don't deserve to be there. These group of guys can bond all they want but that wont make them a better team on the court.

If there is no player shift...
...the only chance is a chemistry shift.
Boylan has tried to make that happen by moving Du into the starting lineup and by using his young players more (specifically Thabo, Noah & Gray).
If may also be that fate has struck with Thabo moving into the starting lineup.
So, IMO it's a possibility, but it appears to me that it'll still hinge on how Deng & BG (and to a lesser degree Smith & Noc) perform over the rest of the season.
And KirkH could actually turn out to be our secret wheapon off of the bench.

I love him when he is in normal humain being mode, and I am the very first hater when starts to shoot just because ball is spherical.

Every championship PG's caliber in this league should know when is his night and when is somebody else' night.

But I do believe that a PGs like Kidd, Nas, Parker, etc. (those we don't have and aren't availaible thru trades) are good enough to improve the rest of the crew, and I think Kirk would never be that man.

the team as it is would be pretty fortunate to get a 7 seed.
fun fact. good teams we've beaten
Detroit twice
Washington once (if you wanna call them good)
Sacramento once (without any of their good players)
Atlanta (when they sucked in the beginning of the season)
I for one think that says just as much as our putrid record.
